Important Notice for Current ACH Participants:
If you are currently enrolled in ACH automatic payments, you will need to register for Engage and set up your automatic payments within the new system. These changes will take effect beginning in November.

This message is being sent on behalf of the Nominations & Elections Committee.
The Nominations and Elections Committee would like to announce that any property owner interested in becoming a candidate for the 2026 election for positions on the Board of Directors for the Property Owners’ Association of Hilltop Lakes, Inc. should complete the attached forms and return them to the Welcome Center for submission to the Nominations and Elections Committee.
Paper copies of these forms may be picked up at the Welcome Center during normal business hours.
Completed and signed documents may be submitted in the following ways: 1) in person at the Welcome Center, 2) via USPS – POA of Hilltop Lakes, Inc., PO Box 1242 Hilltop Lakes, TX 77871 Attn: Nominations & Elections Committee, or 3) scanned and e-mailed to sylvia.guzman@hilltoplakes.com.
In order to be considered for candidacy, the forms must be received by Welcome Center staff no later than 5 p.m., October 8, 2026.
