Association

In 1962, J.B. Belin bought a 4,400 acre ranch which we now know as Hilltop Lakes. The Property Owners were given the opportunity to purchase the development from Mr. Belin in 1998. In June of '98, the Property Owners did indeed purchase the property and formed The Property Owners Association of Hilltop Lakes. With great effort, the Association accomplished paying off the original note in May 2007.
