The Tonkawa Room is the largest of our banquet facilities making it perfect for receptions, dances, luncheons, dinners, meetings and any event that requires accommodations for larger groups. Floor to ceiling windows allow for a spectacular view of the Texas shaped pool, Kickapoo and Swan Lake contributing to the grandeur ambiance of the room.

Room Rental Fee: $500.00

Minimum Food Charge: $3500.00

The room rental fee is required the day of booking and is nonrefundable. The room fee will be waived if the minimum food charge is met. If the minimum food charge is not met, the room fee will be equal to or less than the original room fee. All minimums are calculated before tax and gratuity. The fee collected at booking will go towards the total food charge after all requirements are met. If a 24 hour hold is necessary for decorating a room, a room rental fee will apply. Applicable sales tax and 20% service charge will be applied to the room rental fee.
