of the shell fountain and Patio Theater.

Minimum Food Charge: $1000.00
The room rental fee is required the day
of booking and is nonrefundable. The room fee will be waived if the minimum
food charge is met. If the minimum food charge is not met, the room fee will
be equal to or less than the original room fee. All minimums are calculated
before tax and gratuity. The fee collected at booking will go towards the
total food charge after all requirements are met. Applicable sales tax
and 20% service charge will be applied to the room rental fee.
No outside food or
drinks are allowed except special occasion cakes. Meals must be catered by
the Overlook Restaurant.
