Tonkawa Room

This is our largest banquet/meeting room. Floor to ceiling windows look out over the Patio Theater, the Texas shaped pool, Kickapoo and Mirror Lakes. High ceilings and wood floors provide a grand ambiance.
The Tonkawa Room is located in the Arrowhead Lodge with the Restaurant, Kickapoo Club and Magnolia Room.

Room Rental Fee:

No outside food or drinks are allowed except special occasion cakes. Meals must be catered by the Overlook Restaurant.

Magnolia Room

This room is located just off the restaurant, is surround by floor to ceiling windows looking out on the "shell fountain" and the Patio Theater. The Magnolia Room has a fresh spring look.

Overlook Restaurant catering is available to this room.

Tejas Room

This room is located in the Welcome Center.
Windows on the north side of the room look out on the putting green and the fourth hole. Outside entrance and convenient parking are available. Outside food allowed.

Seats up to 50 people.

Patio Theater

Behind the Overlook Restaurant, this facility stands on top of a hill overlooking Kickapoo Lake and The Texas shaped swimming pool. White wrought iron tables and chairs cover the audience area. The theater has electric lighting to bring a warm glow during the spring and summer evenings.

Campground Pavilion

The Campground  Pavilion is perfect for large groups with children. A playground, convenient restrooms and wash areas and plenty of shade make this a favorite for summer time get-togethers.
